  • Openverse by WordPress

2.3 Use of Social Media and Celebrity Images

Samvadika uses media sourced from:

  • Social media platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Celebrity and entertainment websites
  • Fan pages, public forums, and verified accounts

2.4 AI-Generated and Edited Images

3.2 Samvadika-Produced Videos

Videos produced by Samvadika may include a watermark or branding. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

If users submit videos for publication on Samvadika, they must ensure they have the necessary rights. By submitting, users grant Samvadika a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute the content.


4. AUDIO CREDIT POLICY

4.1 Attribution for External Audio Content

Podcasts, news clips, or audio content sourced externally are credited appropriately. Where applicable, attribution follows Creative Commons or proprietary licensing agreements.

4.2 Royalty-Free and Licensed Music

Samvadika may use music and sound effects from:

  • Free Music Archive
  • YouTube Audio Library
  • Epidemic Sound (with appropriate licensing)
  • SoundCloud (under licensed agreements)

Attribution is provided when required by the licensing terms of the source.


5. MEDIA REMOVAL REQUESTS

If you believe an image, video, or other media has been used without proper credit or in violation of copyright, you may submit a Media Removal Request via media@samvadika.com.

Required Information for Media Removal Requests:

  • Description of the media in question.
  • URL where the media is displayed.
  • Proof of ownership or licensing rights.
  • The requested action (credit update or removal).

6. DMCA COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE

If you believe any content on Samvadika infringes your copyright, you may file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) complaint.
