2. IMAGE CREDIT POLICY

2.1 Attribution for External Images

Whenever identifiable, images sourced externally are credited using one of the following formats:

  • “Licensed under [License Type] from [Source]”

2.2 Use of Stock and Free Image Sources

Samvadika sources images from stock photography and free media platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Pixabay
  • Unsplash
  • Wikimedia Commons
  • Creative Commons (CC) licensed content
  • Openverse by WordPress

Attribution is provided in accordance with platform licensing requirements. If an image from these sources is misattributed or used incorrectly, the rightful owner may request correction or removal.

2.3 Use of Social Media and Celebrity Images

Samvadika uses media sourced from:

  • Social media platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Celebrity and entertainment websites
  • Fan pages, public forums, and verified accounts

Ownership details for such content may not always be available. If you are the original owner of an image used on our Website and wish to request credit or removal, please contact us.

2.4 AI-Generated and Edited Images

  • AI-generated images created by Samvadika or third-party sources may be labeled accordingly.

3. VIDEO CREDIT POLICY

3.1 Embedded Videos

Videos embedded from platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, and Dailymotion retain their original branding and credits. Samvadika does not claim ownership of third-party embedded videos unless explicitly stated.

3.2 Samvadika-Produced Videos

Videos produced by Samvadika may include a watermark or branding. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

3.3 User-Generated Videos

If users submit videos for publication on Samvadika, they must ensure they have the necessary rights. By submitting, users grant Samvadika a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute the content.

4. AUDIO CREDIT POLICY

4.1 Attribution for External Audio Content

Podcasts, news clips, or audio content sourced externally are credited appropriately. Where applicable, attribution follows Creative Commons or proprietary licensing agreements.

4.2 Royalty-Free and Licensed Music

Samvadika may use music and sound effects from:

  • Free Music Archive
  • YouTube Audio Library
  • Epidemic Sound (with appropriate licensing)
  • SoundCloud (under licensed agreements)

Attribution is provided when required by the licensing terms of the source.

5. MEDIA REMOVAL REQUESTS

If you believe an image, video, or other media has been used without proper credit or in violation of copyright, you may submit a Media Removal Request via media@samvadika.com.

Required Information for Media Removal Requests:

  • Description of the media in question.
  • URL where the media is displayed.
  • Proof of ownership or licensing rights.
  • The requested action (credit update or removal).

We process valid requests within 5-7 business days. For urgent concerns, please specify in your email.

6. DMCA COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE

If you believe any content on Samvadika infringes your copyright, you may file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) complaint.

To submit a DMCA takedown request, email us at media@samvadika.com with:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • A description of the copyrighted work.
  • The exact URL of the infringing content.
  • A statement affirming ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • A declaration that the information provided is accurate under penalty of perjury.

We will review DMCA complaints and take necessary action within 48 hours. If verified, we will remove or update the content accordingly.
